Edgar Allan Poe Tarot │ Poe's World, Reimagined in Full Color

A modern, glossy 78-card deck blending Rider-Waite-Smith tradition with Poe's tales of the mysterious and macabre — richly symbolic, not a clone.

Eugene Smith's borderless, high-gloss illustrations give this deck a contemporary edge that sits unexpectedly well against Poe's gothic sensibility — cool tones threaded through with warm accents, each card packed with references only Poe devotees will fully catch. Rose Wright, a Reiki healer and longtime tarot student, reinterprets the RWS structure through Poe's stories rather than simply illustrating them, so this reads as its own thing — not a retelling. Her guidebook includes original spreads (the Raven Spread, the Gravestone Spread) and offers is written in a poetic voice that echoes Poe's own. A strong pick for literary readers who want vivid, modern artwork rather than sepia gothic, and a great gift-shelf item for Poe fans first, tarot collectors second. 78 cards with a full-color guidebook.
